Our assessment: sour-sweet, with a slightly too strong cream. The good sour aftertaste is very productive, rating 10/5 (more or less).
We have been growing Barossa Fest for five years, with a stable yield and more or less ok taste.
At least one of our customers has named it their favourite variety.
